摘    要:发电机组性能测试装置通过切换接线方式提供不同电压下的15~18kW负载,同时对发电机组进行负荷试验和短路试验.测试装置利用LabVIEW软件编程,实现计算机、PLC控制器、WT230数据采集仪器的通讯,使测试数据在计算机上共享,从而实现测试装置的PLC智能控制.实验表明,整个测试装置安全稳定、操作方便.

Abstract:The loading test under nominal load(15~18 kW)and the short circuit test in different voltage(230,460 V) of a generator were carried out.In order to insure a singer regular resistor load and an adjustable load,different methods of connecting wire were used.The communication module and the data processing module were applied unitedly to make up a monitoring software written by LabVIEW,and the communication was realized between computer,WT230 power meter and PLC.The monitoring software can save the original data and reports,which remains the history for check and retrospect.
