| 摘 要： | 通过对水体中有机氯杀虫剂在不同SPME条件的优化实验,建立了有机氯的自动SPME-GC/MS检验方法,方法检测浓度为0.6～100 pg/ml,在ng/ml级线性相关系数r大于0.99,是有机氯快速有效的分析方法.

| Abstract: | It was established that the automatic determinal method of organochlorine with SPME-GC / MS,through the best condition of organochlorine pesticide in the water in diffirent SPME conditions.It was a quick analysis method,the concentration is 0.6～100 pg / ml,the correlation line coefficient(r) was higher than 0.9. |
