摘    要:由于地球曲率的影响 ,当威胁目标在近地平线的较低飞行高度时 ,电波损失严重 ,回波信噪比减小 ,且目标湮没于强地杂波中 ,雷达探测距离大为减小。因而低空 /超低空是现代防空火力最薄弱的空域 ,现代空袭的特点表现为以低空和超低空的空中突防为主。提出了一种雷达与无源红外传感器信息融合的方法 ,在一定程序上弥补了雷达探测的局限 ,提高了反低空威胁的能力

Abstract:When a threat is at low altitude near the horizon, propagation losses are severe because of the influence of earth curvature, which results in a reduction of the signal-to-noise ratio of the echo. In addition, as the target is among the ground clutters, the detection range of radar decreases badly. So low altitude/very low altitude is the most vulnerable airspace of modern air defense firepower, the modern air attack mainly teatures on air penetration at low altitude and very low altitude. An information fusion method of radar and infrared sensor is put forward in this paper. It can make up for the limitation of radar detection in some degree, thus improves the ability of countering low-altitude threat.
