数控校直机床的伺服控制

摘    要:以IPC为硬件平台,研制了具有标准PC总线接口的智能型主控板,利用位置调节器和速度调节器构成了半闭环伺服控制系统。上位机IPC与智能型主控板构成主从结构,以中断为握手方式进行总线通信。系统由IPC向主控板发出指令,由主控板根据指令要求进行伺服控制完成指令动作,并将工作状态信息反馈回IPC。经试验,该系统满足数控校直机床的控制要求。

Abstract:In this paper,based on Advantech IPC hardware,an intelligent control board has been developed.With speed adjustment and position adjustment,the intelligent control board has formed half closed loop control system. The upper computer IPC and intelligent control board form main sub framework.The communication between them is in shake hand style. The command is sent out by IPC,and received by intelligent control board.Servo control is carried out by intelligent control board and all state information is also baked to IPC.The experiments proved that this system is suitable for NC straightening machine.
