摘    要:给水管网系统监测点的设置是一个多目标决策问题。本文在运用管网系统集结原理的基础上,将投资费用和模型精度两个指标用加权和法综合成统一的目标。总目标是监测点数目位置和系统分解方法的隐函数,用Fibonacci法直接寻优,能较快收敛于优化解。实际计算表明,本决策方法所得的结果是令人满意的。

Abstract:The arrangement of monitored points for urban water-supply pipe network system is a decision-making problem of multi-objective. In this paper, based on the aggregation method for pipe network, a single integrated objective, which includes two indices; capital cost and modal accuracy, is obtained by using the weighted summation. The general objective is the implicit function of the number and layout of monitored points, and is also the implicit function of decomposition technique of system. The optimal solutions are rapidly obtained by means of Fibonacci method. The computaton in an actual example shows that the satisfactory results can be obtained using the decision-making method proposed.
