| 摘 要： | 为评价包含多个时间观测点的不同地方财政投入效率,构建窗口DEA面板数据分析模型.基于云南省县域经济发展争先进位评价体系及考核办法,选取单投入多产出指标,实证分析评价云南省16个市(州)2011—2018年财政投入相对效率,并提出改进对策建议.

Efficiency evaluation of fiscal expenditure based on the DEA panel data model |

| Abstract: | This paper has constructed a Window DEA model based on panel data to evaluate the efficiency of fiscal expenditure of 16 cities(prefectures) in Yunnan province at multiple observation time points. According to the evaluation system of county-level economic development in Yunnan province, it gives an empirical analysis by selecting single input and multiple output indicators in the data from 2011 to 2018. It finally gives some suggestions for improvement. |
