| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了ARP 管理系统在中国科学院战略先导性项目管理中的应用。该管理方式在项目信息的收集、分层展示和实时监控等方面具有优越性，从而可以为管理部门提供详细的项目管理信息。借助ARP 管理系统，可提升战略先导项目的管理水平。
该系统对项目研究成果信息的收集方面还有进一步完善的空间。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the application of ARP software to the management of the Strategic Priority Research Program of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The software has advantages in the collection of information related to the progresses of the project, hierarchical presentation of the information, and online monitoring. Thus, from the systems,the managers easily get detail progresses and fi nancial information of the Strategic Priority Research Program of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The management of the Strategic Research Program is enhanced by applying ARP software system .The system would be further improved if the specifi c information of project achievements could be included. |
