细胞骨架微管体系中电子基态势阱参数的求解

摘    要:将微管壁上的原丝纤维视为一维的动力学系统,采用波函数解析延拓的方法对微管体系电子基态的势阱参数进行理论计算,严格确定了势阱参数Xr的取值,为研究该体系基态电子的量子行为奠定了基础。

Abstract:The protofilaments in the wall of microtubule are considered as one-dimensional dynamic system in this paper. Using analytic continuation of wave function, we theoretically calculated the ground state potential well parameter of electron in micro tubule system and the value of the potential well parameter xr is strictly determined, which laid the foundation for studying the quantum behavior of electron in the ground state in microtubule system.
