摘    要:在数控铣削机床的编程和操作中,铣刀和工件的相对位置关系非常重要,其影响因素主要有铣刀的半径、长度及刀具磨损值等.不同的数控系统在实现刀具补偿功能时有着不同的编程和操作方式.分析了切削过程中产生问题的原因,并根据刀补原理,针对不同的数控系统提出了具体的解决方法.

Abstract:In the programming and operation of the numerical control miller,the relative position of the tool and its workpiece are very important.The main factors which influence the accuracy includes the length and the radius of the tool as well as the tool attrition.Different numerical control milling system has different means to deal with the problem.The causes for problems in cutting are analysed and some solutions are suggested based on different numerical control milling system.
