超高性能混凝土胶凝材料组成的研究

摘    要:应用超细致密体系的原理,采用在水泥中掺加超细粉、硅灰和纳米SiO2,将水泥颗粒、超细粉、硅灰和纳米SiO2合理组配,使水泥基体达到最大的密实程度;通过不同矿物组成水泥和外加剂的比较和优选,经过大量试验,研制出标准养护条件下l d强度达62 MPa、28 d强度高达165 MPa的超高性能混凝土胶凝材料.

Abstract:Based on the principle of DSP,some measures were taken,such as adding silica ash,ultra-fine powder,and nano-SiO2 were dispersed into the porosity between cement and silica ash.The highest density was achieved.The influences of type of cement(C) and high-range water reducer(HRWR) on compressive strength are evaluated.Through a large number of experiments,an ultrahigh performance cementitious materials with a 1 d compressive strength of 62 MPa and 28 d compressive strength of 165 MPa was successfully develope...
