摘    要:对文献报道的葡萄糖基异硫氰酸酯的合成方法进行了改进,优化了操作方法,产物熔点与文献报道一致,并对其结构进行了红外光谱及核磁氢谱表征.

Abstract:The synthetic method of glucopyranosyl isothiocyanate was improved.Compared with the literature report,the improved synthetic method has the advantage of simple operation.The melting point of product obtained by the proposed route is consistent with those reported in literatures.Its structures have been characterized by IR and 1H NMR.
