| 摘 要： | 借助于热分析、气相色谱等手段，对废旧聚苯乙烯制备苯乙烯工艺过程中裂解、精馏等工序进行了研究，确定了裂解温度、催化剂用量等主要工艺参数．科用该工艺制备苯乙烯，产品收率达６０％以上，产品纯度达到９９％以上．具有良好的社会经济效益．

| Abstract: | With the help of thermoanalysis and gas chromatogram.the authors studied the technicalprocess in which the styrene was Produced byusing waste polystyrene, especially the cracking and distillationwas studied. Wedetermined the main technological parameters such as the cracking temperature and theamount of the catalyst etc.Using this method to Produce the styrene,the rate of products call be more than 60% and the pureness can be more than 99 %. It will get a good social and economical benifit. |
