| 摘 要： | 运用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法对河北省青少年体育俱乐部运营过程中的人力资源、资金筹集、活动开展、价格定位、会员发展、宣传手段与方式、以及活动效果等进行调查分析,发现运营过程中存在的主要问题,并提出相应的解决措施与发展对策,为我国青少年体育俱乐部的管理和发展提供参考.

| Abstract: | In accordance with the methods of documentary,questionnaire and interviews,the major problems such as man power resources,raising funds,conducting activities ,setting prices,increasing members,advertising ways and the effects of the activities etc.in the current management and strategic development of Hebei adolescent sports clubs are analyzed,for which the corresponding solution and references will be provided. |
