NDA-100树脂对苯酚的吸附性能与数学模拟

摘    要:研究了超高交联吸附树脂NDA-100对水中苯酚的吸附性能,试验结果表明NDA-100对苯酚具有良好的吸附特性,吸附等温线符合Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附方程,吸附为放热的物理吸附过程.采用理论数学模型对NDA-100树脂固定床吸附水杨酸生产废水过程中苯酚质量浓度的变化情况进行模拟.结果表明,该数学模型能很好地用来对固定床吸附穿透曲线进行模拟.该固定床吸附数学模型的建立为预测NDA-100树脂固定床吸附水杨酸废水中苯酚达到安全泄漏点的时间以及树脂固定床吸附容量提供了一个方便可靠的方法.

Abstract:The adsorption of phenol on hypercrosslinked polymeric adsorbent(NDA-100) was studied.Batch adsorption experiments showed that phenol can be well adsorbed on DNA-100 resin.(Equilibrium) adsorption data fitted both Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms.Adsorption was exothermic and basically of physical character.In the column adsorption process,a theoretical model was adopted for representing the phenol change in salicylic wastewater exiting the column.The predictions using the proposed model were found to compare well with the experimental date of column phenol adsorption test.With properly identified parameters,the column model offers a convenient means for accurate estimation of the breakthrough time and the adsorption capacity of an adsorption column.
