动态心电图对病态窦房结综合征的诊断价值

目的 :探讨动态心电图对病态窦房结综合征的诊断价值。方法 :选用经临床心脏电生理检查证实的 46例病态窦房结综合征患者进行 2 4h动态心电图检查 ,并选 5 0例健康人进行对照。结果 :病态窦房结综合征组心率明显慢于健康对照组 ,两者具有显著差异 ,P <0 .0 0 1;病态窦房结综合征组心律失常检出率明显高于对照组。结论 :动态心电图对间歇性心率和心律改变的病态窦房结综合征患者 ,能明显提高心律失常的检出率 ,是早期诊断病态窦房结综合征的最可靠的方法

Value of Dynamic Electrocardiogram Recordings in the Diagnosis Sick Sinus Syndrome

Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram recordings in sick sinus syndrome. Methods: 46 patients with sick sinus syndrome(SSS), confirmed by clinical cardiac electro-physiological examination, were selected to recive the 24h dynamic ECG recodings exemination and 50 normal adults were selected as control. Results: The heart rate of the patients with SSS was evidently slower than that of normal group and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.001). The detectable rate of arrhythmia in patients with SSS was also evidently higher than that of normal group. Conclusion: The authors believed that dynamic electrocardiogram recording exemination was suitable for SSS patients who had interrupted heart rate and changes of rhythm of heart. Dynamic electrocardiogram recordings could enhance the detectable rate of arrhythmia in SSS patients and find the correlation. Dynamic electrocardiogram recordings is a reliable method for the early diagnosis of SSS.
