城市游憩项目开发多方案决策模型研究

目的 为设计开发城市游憩项目，以提高旅游点的竞争能力，满足消费多方面的需求，使旅游淡季变为旅游旺季，使旅游冷线变为旅游热线，使非旅游区变为旅游区，创造旅游事业的持续繁荣，带来可观的经济和社会效益。方法运用需求导向法、GIS和数理统计等研究方法。结果设计开发具有吸引力的游憩项目，是一个城市旅游生命力的重要标志。结论根据区域旅游经济发展趋势，并结合城市游憩需求特征分析，提出了城市游憩项目设计开发应遵循针对性、地方性、逼真性、多样性、新异性、参与性、可持续性、社会性、经济性、可达性的基本原则；同时，也提出了多方案项目矩阵综合评判决策模型，为旅游项目选择提供科学依据。

A study on the decision-making models of multi-projects for the item development of urban tourism and leisure

Aim The designing development of urban items of tourism and leisure will be propitious to the competitive ability of promoting the scenic spots,to satisfy the many demands of consumers, to turn off-season to midseason,to change cool tourist lines to hot ones,to turn non-tourism areas to tourism ones,to create to continuance prosperity of tourism industry,and to bring considerable benefits for society and economics as well. Methods The research methods are used such as demand-oriented,GIS and statistics. Results Designing development is a very attractive item for tourism and leisure, which is the important sample of urban tourist vitality. Conclusion According to the regional trends of tourism economic development and the demand characteristic analysis of urban travelers,the basic rules for the designing development of urban tourism and leisure have been put forward such as pertinency, locality, reality,diversity,new isomerism, participation,sustainability, sociality, economy and express.Meanwhile,the decision-making models of synthesis discriminant models of matrix for multi-projects had also been advanced,which supplied the scientific foundation for the selection for of tourism items.
