永磁无刷直流电机优化设计与仿真

摘    要:利用遗传一模拟退火混合算法,以磁钢厚度、气隙高度、磁钢宽度、极孤系数、电枢长径比为优化变量,以起动电流、转子轭部磁密、起动转矩、槽满率为约束条件,以减小电机的转矩脉动为目的,编写永磁无刷直流电动机的优化设计程序。利用ANSOFT有限元软件对电机进行优化前后动静态仿真对比实验。结果表明,永磁无刷直流电机优化后的转矩脉动明显减小。

Optimization Design and Simulation of Permanent Magnet Brushless DC Motor

Abstract:By the adoption of the simulated annealing genetic algorithm, taking magnet thickness, air gap height, width, magnet pole arc coefficient, and the ratio of length diameter as the optimization variables, and with the starting current, rotor yoke flux den sity, starting torque, and slot full rate being constraint conditions as well, the optimization design program for the permanent magnet brushless DC motor has been compiled with the aim of reducing torque ripple of motor. After optimization, the motor and the static and dynamic simulation experiment was done by using ANSOFT finite element software. The results showed that it was a good way of reducing torque ripple of permanent magnet BLDC motor.
