摘    要:采用实验室模拟废水进行实验,研究了硫酸盐转化为硫化物的条件,包括厌氧环境中有菌和无菌情况下硫酸盐(SO42-)的浓度,反应时间,pH和温度对转化结果的影响,以出水硫化物的生成量为测定指标.得出结论:废水中硫酸盐含量为1 500 mg·L-1,时间36 h,pH介于6.8~7.0,温度在30~35℃之间,硫酸盐还原菌(Sulfate reducing bacteria,SRB)的生长活性较高,硫化物的生成量最大,为14.6 mg·L-1.

Abstract:Several factors affecting the sulfate converting into sulfide between anaerobic bacterial and aseptic conditions were discussed, including SO42- dosage, reaction time, pH and temperature by simulation experiment. And the production of sulfide was the mensurate index. The result is that when the sulfate content in wastewater is 1 500 mg · L-1 , reaction time is 36 h, pH between 6.8--7.2, the temperature between 30-35℃, the growth activity of the sulfate reducing bacteria is higher, and the generation of sulfide can reach 14.6 mg. L-1.
