| 摘 要： | 基于中介服务机构在产业集群知识共享的催化剂作用,对三螺旋模型进行拓展,提出了由政府、企业、科研院所、中介服务机构四种力量交叉互动的"四螺旋"结构模型。这四种知识螺旋在产业集群知识共享中各自发挥不可或缺的作用。产业集群知识共享应加强四螺旋结构互动,主要包括运用政策杠杆激励创新、建立有效的人才培育与创新激励机制、强化企业知识共享主体地位、加快中介服务机构建设等。
