| 摘 要： | 面对即将到来的知识经济时代,高校实施素质教育应定位在创新素质方面,应把创新素质作为人才培养的重点,应着力于于培养学生的基本技能,完善学生的知识结构,培养学生的个体独立性,强化学生的问题意识,全面提高学生的创新能力,从而使学生逐步成为高素质创新人才。
