摘    要:提出了在三轴数控万能工具磨床上实现球头立铣刀修磨的方法,这是一种基于迭代寻优的磨削运动轨迹生成方法.以等螺旋角球头立铣刀的修磨为例,给出了详细的算法和计算实例.该方法能在保证刃磨精度要求的同时,获得平稳的机床运动轨迹,并可推广应用于其他类型回转刀具的修磨

Abstract:An effective solution is developed to permit economically regrinding ball end mills with 3 axis ( X, Z, A ) CNC tool grinding machines. In the solution, an iterative searching method is used to find the optimum machining position of the grinding wheel. The detailed algorithm and an example are given for regrinding ball end mills with constant spiral angle. This approach can secure the given tolerance of clearance angle, at the same time, satisfy the requirements of 3-axis CNC tool grinding, hence, can be applied to regrinding other types of milling cutters.
