闸室船舶组合优化动态模型

摘    要:基于心理学理论,对待闸船舶提出了极限等待时间的概念.提出将船舶按照特大型、大型、中型、小型设立排队队列,并基于0-1规划建立闸室船舶组合优化动态模型.以泰州船闸某一天上行过闸为例,应用闸室船舶组合优化动态模型对其进行优化调度.结果表明,优化后总闸次数、平均每闸吨位、船舶平均待闸时间、平均闸室利用率等指标比优化前均有了不同程度的改善.

Abstract:The concept of ultimate waiting time of ships at shiplocks was proposed based on psychological theory.A dynamic optimization model for ship combination in lock chambers was developed by using 0-1 programming with ships arranged in the sequence of extra-large-scale,large-scale,medium-scale,and small-scale. The application of the model to Taizhou shiplock according to the data of ascending ships one day through the shiplock shows that the total lockage,the average tonnage per lockage,average waiting time of ships at the shiplock,and the average utilization rate of a chamber after optimization have been improved in different degrees respectively.
