| 摘 要： | 宋代作为中国古代社会发展史上一个承前启后的重要朝代,其法制文明达到了最高峰。就商业立法来说,伴随宋代商品经济的迅速发展和空前繁荣建构了包括刑统、编敕、编例、条法事类和市舶条法等众多法律形式在内、调整范围全面内容丰富的商业立法体系。宋代细密完备的商业立法既是当时商品经济快速发展的法律回应,同时也是其健康稳定发展的有力保障。
