| 摘 要： | 本文主要论述了现代信息通讯技术讯猛发展,对高等教育的改革和发展有着积极的作用,它不仅冲击了传统的教育思想和观念,并且为了适应时代和社会发展的需要,教育目标、教育手段、教学方法、教学模式、师生关系、学校管理等必须作出相应调整。但是,在各领域的广泛应用中也存在各种问题,文章有针对性提出了应对的策略。
