摘    要:利用交流等离子体显示器(AC PDP)单元放电的一维流体模型,对一些放电敏感参量,如电介质层的介电常数及厚度、所充气体的压强、放电间隙的距离以及保护膜材料的二次电子发射系数等对ACPDP单元放电特性的影响进行了系统地分析和研究。在计算过程中,假定放电气体为He,且处于局域平衡状态,各种粒子的反应几率设为E/P的函数,通过稳态Boltzmann方程解出。

Abstract:Discharge characteristics of alternating current plasma display panel (AC PDP) cell is stu died and analyzed by a one dimensional fluid model. The pertinent parameters are identified. They include the permittivity and thickness of the dielectric layer, the filled gas pressure, the gas gap length, the secondary electron emission coefficient of the protecting film material, etc. The filled gas is taken to be helium and in a local equilibrium state. The reaction rates for the different species are parametrized as functions of ratio between electric field intensity and gas pressure E/P , and can be obtained by solving the Boltzmann equation.
