| 摘 要： | 与苏南模式、珠江三角洲经济模式齐名的“温州模式”名震四方，短短二十来年，温州所积累的社会财富与三百多万温州女性的积极参与密不可分。温州女性具有吃苦耐劳、忍辱负重、体贴温顺等中华民族妇女的优秀传统，又敢于创新，敢于标新立异，有敢为天下先的冒险精神。温州女性在参与经济活动的过程中，传统特质得到了进一步弘扬。

| Abstract: | Wenzhou Mode sharing similar reputation with South Suzhou Mode and the Pearl River Delta Economic Mode, has been widely-known. In the past 20 years, the accumulated wealth in Wenzhou is closely related with over 3 million Wenzhou women. Wenzhou women possess the qualities of being hard-working, enduing, tolerant, considerate and gentle, which are the excellent traditions of Chinese women. Besides, they are innovative, daring to do things unconventional, and have a pioneering spirit. In the process of participating in the economic activities, these traditional qualities has been further developed and improved. |
