试论现代高校图书馆的服务体系

新的形势下传统高校图书馆的功能正在逐渐边缘化。为了强化图书馆的知识信息传播功能和服务功能,需要建立个性化的服务体系:一是以人为本,建立和谐图书馆;二是注重图书馆员的素质培养能力的培养以及主观能动性的发挥。

Discussion on the Service System in Modern University Library

Under the new situation,the traditional functions of university library are gradually marginalized.In order to strengthen library＇s knowledge information communication function and service function,a personalized service system should be constructed：the first is to insist the people-based concept and construct harmonious library,the second is to pay attention to the cultivation of librarians＇ quality and ability and the presentation of subjective activity.
