| Abstract: | The United States,the United Kingdom,Hong Kong and other places have much experiences in the charity capacity,charity system,charity culture and charity personnel team training which is worth learning.Comprehensively improve the cultivation of Chinese charitable resources,the government needs to aggressively carry out charitable advocacy,make complete charitable system and give full strength of donations from the public. |
