培育农业集成商 实现城镇化和新农村建设协调发展

采用村集体和龙头企业合作,将土地整理、农产品种植与加工、农村社区建设与改造以及农民非农就业等问题结合起来的＂农业集成商＂模式,可以很好地将城镇化推进中的＂三无＂（无地、无业、无保障）农民转变为＂三有＂（有地、有业、有保障）农民,为破解我国＂三农＂问题找到了一种新的思路,是将城镇化和新农村建设很好地结合起来的重要途径。

Nurturing Agricultural System Integrator Realizing Urbanization and Coordinated Development of Construction of New Village

The author put forward that villages should work together with corporate champion and use model of agricultural system integrator of combining land arrangement,plant and process of agricultural products,construction of village community and non-agricultural employment of peasant,which could turn peasant of ＂no land,no job,and insecurity＂ to ＂owing land,work and security＂.This paper was provided a new thought to solve ＂issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers＂.At the same time,it is an important pathway to combine urbanization and leaping development.
