| 摘 要： | 图书滞还现象是图书馆难以解决的棘手问题,其存在严重影响图书的流通速度及借阅率,扰乱了图书的正常流通秩序。从实际工作的角度出发,对高校图书馆图书滞还现象进行了研究和分析,阐述了适时调整过期处罚措施的必要性,提出了具体实施办法。

| Abstract: | Overdue return,which is a difficult problem to deal with,seriously influences books＇ circulation velocity,utilization rate and normal circulation order.Starting from the angle of actual work,this paper studies and analyzes the overdue return in university library,expounds the necessity of timely adjusting the overdue penalty measures,and puts forward some concrete implementation methods. |
