环氧-呋喃防护材料的研制

摘    要:碳化是引起水工钢筋混凝土钢筋锈蚀的重要因素之一.用糠醛、丙酮作活性稀释剂的环氧一呋喃涂料、玻璃钢与混凝土复合使用,粘接性能好,机械性能优良,防碳化、冻融能力强,与混凝土的弹性模量接近,能有效阻止混凝土碳化、钢筋(钢丝网)锈蚀.经过20余项工程应用及10余年的考验效果良好.

Abstract:Carbonization is one of major factors that cause concrete reinforcing bar corrosion. The epoxy-furfural containing with a lot of furfural and acetone as active dilute, glassfibre reinforced plastic and concrete have high adhesive, strength mechanic circulation, proof-carbonization, proof-freeze and melt injury properties. Their modulus of elasticity is similar to concretse' properties. They can effectively stop concrete carbonization reinforcing bar corrosion. After application on more than 20 projects for more than 10 years, the result is very good.
