宁波市小额贷款公司对民间资本的吸引及其运作

On Small-loan Companies of Ningbo Absorbing Private Capital and Its Running

Small-loan company is an independent, commercial institution which has made a good attempt at operating private capital fairly and squarely and ameliorating rural financial services. This kind of financial institution acts as a buffer to financing difficulties of peasant households and micro-enterprises. Small-loan companies of Ningbo, with the aim of serving agriculture, rural areas, farmers and small- and-medium-sized enterprises, have achieved benefits both in economic and social effect since the pilot programs are undertaken. Based on 11 pilot small-loan companies of Ningbo, the current situation of small-loan companies of Ningbo has been analyzed. From the approaches of incorporating private capital from the promoter＇s point of view, the difficulties in development of small-loan companies are revealed and ways of absorbing private capital effectively probed. Some countermeasures to facilitate development of small-loan companies as well as serving the development of rural economics are advanced.
