| 摘 要： | 用N(t)表示元件在某段时间问隔中更新次数。本文讨论关于N(t)的三个问题:(1)计算N(t)的概率分布;(2)推出EN(t)满足的积分方程表达式;(3)研究EN(t)的极限分布,找出设备更新规律。
