两自由度绘图仪系统的设计

摘    要:以两轴步进电机为被控对象的开环随动系统,以两自由度绘图仪为设计对象.通过向RSView32中插入绘图板控件,借助VBA程序为系统提供上位机人机界面,实现系统给定量的变化.通过定义与MicroLogix1500硬件内存地址相对应的设备Tag,实现RSView32与MicroLogix1500之间实时数据的交换,并以此控制步进电机的运动.实验结果表明,该系统基本实现了绘图仪的两轴步进电机运动跟随上位机中人机界面给定图形的变化.

Abstract:The system is a open loop dynamic system , with two freedom degrees plotter as de-signing objects and two-axis stepper motor as controlled object .By inserting the drawing board control into RSView32, while by using VBA program , the host computer system inter-face was provided to achieve a quantitative change in the system . By definition Mi-croLogix1500 hardware device memory address corresponding to the Tag , and the real-time data exchange was implemented between RSView 32 and MicroLogix1500, which controlled the stepping motor movement .The results showed that the plotter two axis stepper motor sport could follow the host computer graphic human-machine interface for a given change in the system .
