| Abstract: | The course of Human Movement Science is an important, fundamental,professional theory course for physical culture education in normal colleges and universities,characterized by wide-ranging content,obscure terms,abstract concepts,profound theories,which are difficult for students to master.In the article a lot of attempts were made to audaciously explore and reform the course with the author’s teaching practice,from the teaching content,teaching methods,curriculum and other aspects in response to teaching problems,especially in computer-aided teaching,which results in a teaching model in combination of practice,experiment,visualization and heuristic teaching,thus effectively improving the quality of teaching. |
