摘    要:教育创新要以教育科研为先导,中小学教师科研能力的提高,除了写作和方法上能力因素之外,论文写作的规范化也是一个不可忽视的问题。规范化是学术论文特有的表征,它有助于信息的收集、整理、加工存储以及检索、利用、交流;同时,论文写作的规范化也是一种综合运用能力的体现。规范化的写作促进教育科研能力的提高,科研能力的提高又有助于教育教学水平的提高。

Abstract:The educational innovation is to be guided by the research of education.The improvement of a teacher's research competence does not only lie in the improvement of writing and its method.,it also lies in the normalization of writing a paper.Normalization,one of the features of academic writing,is to be an aid to the collection,the arrangement,the process,the index,the application and the exchange of information.The normalization of academic paper writing,thus,is an integrated capacity for the researcher.The normalization of the paper writing I is to promote research competence and the research competence is to promote the teaching quality at the same time.
