摘    要:以三氟甲磺酸锌为催化剂,合成了沙坦类药物关键中间体2-(1-氢-四唑)-4′-甲基联苯。考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、溶剂用量和反应时间等因素对反应收率的影响,通过均匀设计方法优化了合成,使收率提高到91.8%。

Abstract:2-[(trimethyl)tetrazole]-4'-methylbiphenyl was synthesized by sodium azide and 2-cyano-4'-methylbiphenyl,using triflumethanesulfonic acid zinc as catalyst,the factors of materials ratio,reaction time,the amount of catalyst and solvent on the synthesis were studied by uniform experiment. The yield of 2-[(trimethyl)tetrazole]-4'-methylbiphenyl can reach 91.8%.
