| Abstract: | This paper introduced the function and utility of the Plant Protection Geographic Information System(GIS), as well as it's construction. Then discussed the method about how to develop the GIS's application software and the key technology using Map Objects 2.0 software and Visual Basic 6.0 language. At last, pointed out some key problems and method of how to solve the problems in the development. |
