摘    要:研究了用浓H2SO4、H3PO4和HNO3的混合物作定向硝化剂硝化苯乙腈制备对硝基苯乙腈的新技术.考察了反应温度、反应时间和硫酸、磷酸、硝酸用量对产品收率的影响.在优化条件下平行实验结果显示,产品对硝基苯乙腈的收率为70.50%,产品结构通过了IR、UV、1HNMR和元素分析的表征.

Abstract:A new technology for the preparation of p-nitrobenzylcyanide was studied by nitration of benzylcyanide using the mixture of H2SO4,H3PO4 and HNO3 as the orientation nitrating agent.The influences on the product yield of reaction temperature,reaction time and quantity of H2SO4,H3PO4 and HNO3 were investigated.Under the optimum conditions,parallel experimental results showed that the yield of p-nitrobenzylcyanide could reach 70.50%.IR,UV, 1HNMR and elementary analysis proved the structure of product.
