摘    要:研究了芳酰异硫氰酸酯与丙二酰肼Ⅰ在无水乙腈溶剂中发生亲核加成反应,制得12个新的双(1-酰基-3-芳酰氨基硫脲)甲烷Ⅲ,并初步评价了这些化合物对玉米生育期影响.所有化合物的结构经元素分析,IR光谱及~1H-NMR光谱鉴定.

Abstract:A series of new Bis (l-carbonyi-3-aroylthiourea) Methane (III) was synthesized by condensation of aroylisothiocyanate with propanedicarbonylhydrazine ( I ) in anhydrous acetonitrile. The structures of all the compounds synthesized are characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 'H-NMR.Preliminary plant physiological experiments of the twelve compounds (II) indicated that some compounds possess strong promoting activity on the growth of plumule of corn at the concentration of ppb.
