| Abstract: | Based on the theory of creep and consolidation of soft soil, some research trends on creep-consolidation coupling effects are summed up. The characteristics of creep, rheological constitutive model and the theory of consolidation on soil are also compendiously discussed. In closing, some suggestions for future research are offered. |
