胱氨酸的极谱催化波研究

摘    要:用循环伏安法、线性变位单扫描极谱法等研究证明,碘酸钾存在下胱氨酸的极谱催化波是一个有吸附的平行催化波。与其氢催化波不同,在该极谱催化波体系中,胱氨酸自身作为去极剂被还原产生含硫自由基,这个含硫自由基被KIO3及其各种氧化价态的活泼基团氧化再生成胱氨酸。另外,讨论了碘酸钾的氧化、铵离子的增敏、汞电极的作用以及胱氨酸浓度的影响。

Abstract:It was provided by cyclic voltammetry and linear sweep polarography that the polarographic catalytic wave of cystine in the presence KIO 3 is parallel one with adsorption, differing from the well known hydrogen catalytic wave, in which the cystine itself as depolarizer is reduced to produce a thinyl free radical, and the free radical is oxidized by KIO 3 and its active species of various oxidation states to regenerate a cystine. In addition, the oxidation of KIO 3, the enhancement of ammonium ion, the function of mercury electrode and the influence of cystine concentration were discussed.
