基因调节物—c—GMP在小鼠体内的示踪动力学研究

摘    要:通过同位素示踪方法,结合药物动力学原理,对外源性环鸟苷酸(cGMP)作示踪动力学研究,得出了外源性cGMP在小白鼠体内配置状态的量变规律,是具有吸收因素的一室模型。通过对实验数据的计算机处理,获得了一种微机用示踪动力学专用程序(MCTKP)。

Abstract:Istopic trace kinetics was used on this study. Mouse received 3H cGMP through abdominal cavity injection. Blood samples were collected at intervals of different time by cutting tail after injection. Blood sample were treated through chemical digestive mothed, then blood radioactive consistency is determined after treating trace kinetics system. As a result, methematics model of blood radioactive consistency varity vegular patten of 3H cGMP is monocompartment model with profound absorption factor.
