| 摘 要： | 在论证黄河冲积扇仍处于建造时期当中,得出决徙是建扇过程发生的自然现象.下游河道历史上两期安流跟两期暖湿气侯背景的出现不无联系.治河方向应以滞缓建扇过程和保护河口海岸为原则,这样才符合自然规律.

| Abstract: | According to the demonstration that the alluvial fans of the Yellow Ri- ver are still under construction, the shifting of its channel is considered as a natural phenomenon in the process of the alluvial fans' construction. In his- tory, the two periods of the channel constancy in the lower reaches of the Yellow River were related in a certain degree to the occurrence of the two periods of warm and humid climate. Following the natural law, therefore, re- tarding the speed of the alluvial fans' construction and protecting the coast of the river mouth should be thought as the principle for regulating the Yel- low River. |
