| 摘 要： | 安徽省为贯彻国家计价规范,发布了相应的计价规范,使工程造价改革步入了"政府宏观调控,企业自主报价,市场形成价格,部门动态监管"的良性轨道.实行清单计价后,低价中标,竞争激烈,面对造价改革和激烈竞争,建筑企业必须采取相应对策.
