金水六君煎对慢性支气管炎模型小鼠呼吸道纤毛病理损伤的影响

摘    要:目的:观察金水六君煎对慢性支气管炎小鼠呼吸道纤毛的保护作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、金水六君煎治疗组,采用改良烟熏法复制慢性支气管炎小鼠模型,以金水六君煎口服液进行干预,连续用药4周后取气管和肺叶组织分别在扫描电镜和透射电镜下观察。结果:模型组小鼠呼吸道纤毛出现明显脱落、减少、倒伏、粘连、变短、肿胀、超微结构异常增多等病理现象,纤毛细胞出现变性、坏死、脱落等病理改变;而金水六君煎治疗组小鼠呼吸道纤毛上述病理改变均较模型组明显减轻。结论:金水六君煎能明显改善慢性支气管炎小鼠呼吸道纤毛的病理损伤程度,促进呼吸道受损纤毛的结构修复。

Effect of Jin Shui Liu Jun Jian on pathological lesion of the cilia of respiratory tract in mice with chronic bronchitis

Abstract:Aim: To study the effect of Jin Shui Liu Jun Jian on pathological lesion of cilia of respiratory tract in mice with chronic bronchitis, and make research on the mechanism of treating experimental chronic bronchitis with Jin Shui Liu Jun Jian. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into control group, model group and Jin Shui Liu Jun Jian treated group. We duplicated the animal model of chronic bronchitis with refined smoking-fumigated method and made intervention with Jin Shui Liu Jun Jian oral liquid. The techniques of scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope were applied to observe the ultrastructure histomorphological changes of the cilia of respiratory tract. Results: It showed that the cilia of model group became markedly exfoliative, lodging, adhesive, maldistributed, and swollen, and the axonemal ultrastructure abnormalities (AUA) of the cilia of model group increased obviously. The ciliated cells of model group were decreased and detached. As compared with model group, the cilia and ciliated cells of Jin Shui Liu Jun Jian treated group showed less above-mentioned pathological changes. Conclusion: Jin Shui Liu Jun Jian oral liquid can obviously alleviate the pathomorphological changes and promote the ultrastructural reparation of the cilia in mice with chronic bronchitis and accordingly treat chronic bronchitis effectively.
