| 摘 要： | 劳动就业权属于基本人权的范畴,是劳动权中的核心权利,对其概念做出合理界定是首要的任务,在此基础上以《就业促进法》为视角分析了我国劳动就业权保障的现状,即有进步也存在一定的缺陷,最后对强化劳动就业权的保障提出自己的一点建议。

| Abstract: | The right of labor and employment belongs to basic human rights,among which the labour right is the core right.To make a reasonable definition about its concept is the primary task.On the basis and from the perspective of Employment Promotion Law, the paper dicusses the current situation about protection of labor and employment right.There is a progress but also defects.Finally it puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the protection of labor and employment rights. |
