双层辉光离子渗钼工艺及其组织性能研究

摘    要:采用双层辉光离子渗金属技术对纯铁,10,40,45,60,T8等碳素钢进行了渗钼工艺的研究,探讨了加热温度,保温时间以及阴极-栅极间距对渗层厚度的影响,同时还研究了渗钼层的显微组织,渗钼层浓度分布,实验表明,双层辉光离子渗钼技术是一种新的离子渗金属技术,是离子渗钼的新发展。

Abstract:The double glow plasma surface alloying process was used in the ion molybdenumizing of pure iron, 10, 40, 45, 60 and T8 carbon steels respectively. The relations of the layer thickness with the treatment temperature, soaking time and distance between cathode and source pole were studied in this paper. Microstructure and concentration distributions of molybdenum in the layer were studied also. The experimental results show that the technique of double glow plasma surface alloying is a new technique of plasma surface alloying and a further development of ion molybdenumizing technology.
