摘    要:介绍了不同应力一温度路径下Q235钢材性能的试验,以研究应力一温度历史对钢材应变的影响.通过对试验数据进行回归分析,得到了不同应力一温度路径下Q235钢的应力、温度、应变三者之间的本构关系.研究了Q235钢经过恒载升降温自然冷却到常温时的材料力学性能,并与以往的研究结果进行了比较.

Abstract:Experiments on the material properties of Q235 steel under different stress-temperature paths were conducted to learn the influence of stress-temperature history on the steel strain. Based on the regression analysis of test data, constitutive relationships of steel materials among strees, temperature and strain under different stress-temperature paths were built. The material properties of Q235 steel that has experienced constant-load heating & cooling and returned to room temperature via natural cooling were also (studied). A comparison was made between the results obtained in this article and that proposed in the papers before.
