| 摘 要： | 除草剂生物活性测定是度量除草剂对杂草生物效应大小和对农作物安全性的农药生物测定． 本文采用希尔反应（ＨｉｌｌＲｅａｃｔｉｏｎ）活力的分光光度法，测定了根据定量药物分子设计而合成出的五种光合作用光系统ＩＩ（ＰＳＩＩ）抑制剂的活性，获得了它们的ｐＩ５０数据．

| Abstract: | The biologicalactivity determ ination ofherbicides m eans m easuring their bioeffect on w eeds and on safety for crops. The spectrophotom etric m ethod ofHillreaction w as used to assay the activities of five photosynthesis photosystem II(PSII) inhibitors w hich w ere synthesized according to quantitative pharm aceuticalm olecular design, and their pI50 values have been m easured. |
